About Me
Hello, i am Yadu Metre a Health & Wellness Coach my native place is Aurad (B) Karnataka India. Journey of Health Coach because of few years back i am suffering from health challenges & my wife too, i have lot of sleep disorder like i have never getting deep sleep before my journey and much more toxins in my body, and pigmentation on my face, dry skin and suffering from obese as well.
Another side my wife also suffering from over weight she can tried lot of way to loose weigjht but she can’t and i have three children after it when move for family planning the doctor suggest lose weight and come to us for the operation, because when they take my wife to operation theatre for family planning the blood pressure is very high for the sake of over weight.
Then the doctor suggest us if come after weight loss we will done for you everthing, with the sad face come to home after trying four week family planning. After that we started diet and walking, jogging, and running, eating less and drinking green tea, hot water, lemon juice ect but we can’t loose weight 100grm in three month trying and trying.
Then after visti a wellness centre a health coach guided us then only 2 month i have lost 15KG, and my wife lost 23KG in three months. Nutrition and wellness cetre and Coach as well.
That why i want to become a health and wellness coache…..
